I’ve had the privilege of serving the Central Oregon community since 2017, where I built a life with my husband and our beloved fur babies. With over 17 years in the medical field—including 10 years as an inpatient clinical pharmacist—I bring a deep understanding of both Western medicine and holistic approaches to healing.

My personal healing journey began after a shoulder injury forced me to slow down. Through a blend of Western care and predominantly Eastern and holistic practices, I was able to restore not only physical function, but also a deeper sense of connection to myself and to life. The gratitude I felt for the healers who supported me along the way inspired me to give back in a way that feels aligned with my true essence.

I began a Sound Healing apprenticeship with Kevin Kraft of Soundshala in 2024 and have since completed my certification. I also completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Zuna Yoga in Bali. I continue to study yoga philosophy, history, and non-dual spiritual practices, weaving these teachings into my offerings.

Now based in Bandon, Oregon, I’m honored to serve the Oregon Coast community—offering integrative, somatic experiences through sound and yoga that support healing, restoration, and reconnection.

This journey has given life to The Sound Apothecary—a space for healing, growth, and coming home to yourself.
