I’ve had the privilege of serving the Central Oregon community since 2017, where I’ve been fortunate enough to share my life with my husband and our fur babies. With 17 years in the medical field, including 10 years as an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist, I have a deep understanding of both traditional and holistic approaches to healing.

My own healing journey began after a shoulder injury slowed me down. It was through a blend of Western and predominantly Eastern medicine, alongside various holistic practices, that I began to regain both function and my sense of life. The immense gratitude I felt toward the many healers I encountered along the way inspired me to give back in a way that felt truer to my essence.

One quiet winter evening, while returning home from work, I saw an owl perched on my neighbor’s fence post. In that moment, I had a sudden epiphany: I was meant to help others through sound, yoga, and tarot. And so, my true journey began.

 In September 2024, I began a sound healing apprenticeship with Kevin Kraft of Soundshala to deepen my sound bathing practice. A fun fact: I played French horn and mellophone for 8 years—band was always my favorite class. A practioner of yoga for the past 10 years, I have opted to earning my 200-hour YTT in Bali with Zuna Yoga in June 2025. Education is a passion of mine, so I'm currently diving deep into yoga history and philosophy with Seth Powell's Yogic Studies. I’m excited to integrate yoga into my somatic offerings during sound healing sessions. Another passion is living seasonally and spiralically, which I bring to life through tarot. Using the teachings of Lindsay Mack, Creatrix of Tarot for the Wild Soul, I've been rewilding the cards as a tool to connect with my inner wisdom. For me, tarot is not about prediction, but about understanding the cycles of self, much like the seasons of nature. 

This journey has given birth to The Sound Apothecary -- A work in progress, but at least it's my own!
